Responsibilities & duties责任与义务

职责1

Business support：

1、Deal with the customer orders from overseas branch offices to ensure all the demands are well managed.

2、Follow up customer orders status and coordinate with overseas regions to prepare shipping plan per customers’ requirement and cargo completion date.

职责2

Purchasing：

1、Release confirmed purchase orders and forecast to vendors. Follow up purchase orders to ensure supplier on time delivery.

2、Keep following the status for all open orders, timely get PO feedback from vendors and maintain the related SAP data to ensure data accuracy(lot number, lot size, lead time, etc.)

3、Regular review and optimize the production plan with vendors to ensure the capacity are well allocated and maximize the capacity utilization.

4、Regular review the MRS(material replenish system) with vendors for both FG and raw materials, to ensure the MRS level are healthy.

5、PO issue list update, coordinate with both internal and external windows to push the order progress.

6、Work with finance team to ensure all the documentation are submitted timely for monthly accounting. (PO, invoice, goods reception, shipping instruction, etc.)

职责3

Logistics:

1、Coordinate with supplier, warehouse, forwarder, sales and clients to achieve on time delivery of order.

2、Prepare export /import DOCs and ensure SAP data input accuracy. Provide shipping documents to customer in time after cargo departure

3、Supervise the service level especially in an exceptional situation, such as cut-off change, shipping space, container shortage

4、Maintain the daily records of export , provide finance and sales supporting documents and reports

5、Check and verify billing from logistic supplier and payment application

6、Prepare monthly logistic cost analyze report，assist manager to continuously improve logistic service level and logistic cost

Academic & Formal Qualifications学历和正式资格证明

必需的资格

Bachelor degree or above , major in Logistics ,Supply Chain, International Trade, etc.

Fluent spoken & written in English

Travel is needed

Work Experience & Skills工作经验与技能

必需的经验

At least 5 year’s work experience in Logistics ,Supply Chain, International Trade, familiar with exporting , importing and warehouse management

适合岗位的其它经验

Good MS office skill, PowerBI is preferred

Familiar with SAP system
