Consultant, Process Improvement

Accountabilities

  1. Work in conjunction with the commercial team to provide guidance on correct processes and procedures 
  2. Initiate customer solutions design and proposal for downstream integration/implementation execution through IT and Customer Service. 
  3. Evaluate customer need and recommend enhancements to provide “Best in Class” solutions.
  4. Participate in cross-functional planning sessions designed to improve the total implementation experience.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external parties through effective communication, implementation, and follow-up regarding projects and scheduled service programs.
  6. Monitor progress and accuracy to ensure proper implementation is completed within the agreed upon project deadlines.? Communicate and make certain that all Operations/Automation requirements are implemented.
  7. Provide technical and business expertise to customers and their contractors during the implementation / integration process
  8. Coordinate resources and activities between clients and IT as required

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2 year IT knowledge and  familiar with the process of software development

  2. Good communication skill

  3. Fluent English written and Spoken

System Analyst

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Design, develop and maintain Windows applications using C# and Vb.net
  2. Design and develop stored procedure in Oracle DB
  3. Manage incident service desk ticket
  4. Initiate customer solutions design and proposal for downstream integration/implementation execution through IT and Customer Service.
  5. Execute workaround or permanent fix or changes responsibilities to enable seamless shipment processing
  6. Monitor shipment data quality and production support the marketplaces business
  7. Acts as internal technical consultant for country’s systems
  8. Share and align local integration requirements with Onboarding to ensure that solution is aligned with business unit's goals and priorities
  9. Support and training users, and work on documentations

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline
  2. Minimum 6 years of equivalent experience with at least 2 years' IT systems development experience.
  3. PowerShell scripting experiences are advantageous
  4. Having experience in basic Oracle server administration is a plus
  5. Strong interest in learning and applying technical solution in daily support.
  6. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment. 
  7. Solid analytical, critical thinking, time management, teamwork, and organizational skills
  8. Proficient in spoken / written English and Mandarin.
  9. Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel , Outlook, PowerPoint
  10. Experience in Logistics / eCommerce is advantage and knowledge of shipping systems preferred
  11. Travel within Greater China is required
  12. Must be a good team player
