Responsible for monitoring operation performance and take the lead to work with different teams to improve operation quality;
Cooperate with finance and operation teams about annual budget process, track monthly logistics cost analysis and drive cost reduction actions;
Work with cusotmers to understand logistics needs and coornidate different teams to provide quality solutions and implementation; Monitor the order progress, shipment status, inventory accuracy and information flow, instructing LSP to execute corrective actions of abnormal cases; Responsible for Capacity planning and production schedule coordination;
Data analysis for improvement plans and routine reporting to ESC management team,conduct regular review meeting with LSP and follow up improvement;
职位要求
BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration;
More than 5 years of supply chain planning and logistics management experience; International freight forwarding and overseas warehousing related project experience is preferred;
Strong communication skills and cross-team cooperation skills;
Strong data analysis ability, with Power BI application, excel data modeling and SQL ability is preferred; Fluent in English and Chinese language required;

1、负责现有大客户的维护，深入挖掘客户需求，提供对客户有价值的解决方案，包括但不限于：国际运输、海外仓储、海外派送、供应链金融等，满足或者超出客户期望，实现公司业绩增长目标；

1）匹配现有产品和方案或者
2）协同解决方案团队和产品团队，提供新的满足客户需求的解决方案，拿下标的并负责落地，对客户营收、利润以及客户满意度负责；
4、根据区域市场和产业带情况，深入挖掘区域产业带客户需求，联动解决方案和产品形成面向客户场景的标准产品，并形成产业带客户的销售方案和打法，实现新客户数量和营收的增长目标；
5、沉淀和迭代销售的成功案例，形成知识库。
职位要求
1、3年以上KA销售工作或者跨境物流解决方案经验；
2、具备非常强的沟通能力、BD能力、快速学习能力、执行力，有激情、有担当，自驱力强，喜欢创新和挑战性工作；
3、对客户有担当，对业绩有追求，具备一定总结归纳和知识沉淀能力；
4、熟悉跨境出口电商卖家和跨境海外仓物流，能精准定位和分析客户需求；
